• I have now seen other front mounted seats are coming onto the market, why is the WeeRide better?“
  The WeeRide fits to nearly all bikes, men’s and women’s and importantly does not affect the steering due to the way it connects, or the balance as it is centre and not front mounted. It is also built to the highest spec with your child’s comfort in mind
  
  
• Is there a weight limit on how large my child could be?
  The seat carries a maximum weight of 40 lb./18 kg and at a minimum the child must be 1 years old (must be able to hold their head up).
  
  
• Is there a maximum height my child could be?
  The only constraints on the height of a child is that their knees must fit under the handlebars. We have known  6 year olds to use the seat. But I would say that by the time your child reaches 4-5 they will be looking for an alternative

• You say that this fits MOST bicycles... how can I tell if it will fit mine? What if I buy it and it does NOT fit my bicycle?
  The seat fits bicycles with 610mm and 640mm wheels. If you purchase a seat and it does not fit a bicycle with the aforementioned specifications, please return it to the point of purchase for a full refund. We have tried the child carrier on a wide range of different bicycles. The only bicycles that this seat does not fit on are bicycles with racing (curled) handlebars.
  
  
• Why can't I use it on my racing (drop-handled) bicycle?
  With racing handlebars, the rider leans forward too much for the child to sit comfortably.
  
  
• Once it is on my bicycle, do I have to take it off?
  No. You can remove the child carrier itself from the steel support bar quite easily - it is attached by a single thumb screw - for putting the bike on a carrier, or if you wish to ride without the carrier. The bar on which the carrier is mounted remains on the bicycle and does not interfere with normal riding.
  
  
• How easy/hard is it to install?
  You should be able to install it yourself in about 20 minutes if you are used to working on your bicycle.
  
  
• How much does it weigh?
  Installed weight is just over 7lbs/3.2Kgs.
  
  
• Do I put my child in the carrier before I get on the bike or after? What is the procedure?
  This is a personal preference. Due to the position of the carrier, the bicycle is quite stable with the child in it.
  
  
  
  
• What if I have a problem?

• Why can’t I buy in bike shops?

• Can I receive my goods next day I am in a hurry?
  “YES! We choose 48hr delivery as it means the driver will try and deliver 3 times before returning the seat to the depot. 24hr delivery they will try only once. But if you are going to be in all da, let us know and we will deliver on our 24hr service at the same cost” 
  
  
  
  
• an we try the seat before we buy?
  “You are more than welcome to come and try the seat if you live in the Bucks area. We are in Seer Green, 5 mins from junction 2 of the M40”
